Cost ReductionCreating New Value is the ultimate goal of any company AND our Systematic Innovation Process.  Cost Reduction is only one of 6 generic strategies to maximize Value for your internal and external Customers. On most cost reduction projects, the low hanging fruit ideas are often exhausted so additional methods and a comprehensive look is needed to find the mid to high hanging fruit still on the trees that are not so visible.  In Step 4 of our Systematic Innovation Process we use 14 Cost Reduction Categories and Catalysts to discover and eliminate unnecessary costs.
